Franchising: Qualifications

Fresh City is offering franchise opportunities in select markets through multi-unit development agreements with individuals or partnerships who meet the following minimum characteristics:

• Multi-unit restaurant owner/operator for a minimum of 5 years.
• Resources and ability to commit to a development agreement with a minimum of 5 restaurants.
• Minimum of $1.75 million of non-borrowed cash resources.
• Motivated, passionate restaurateur able to meet the demands of multi-unit development and operations.
• Knowledge of real estate and market conditions.
• Operating partner who will live in the development territory.
• Experience and desire to give back to the community in which the restaurant resides.
