A: Use The Card at most Fresh City locations. At this time, the only locations that do not accept the Fresh City Card are Fresh City Massachusetts Turnpike service area locations and Fresh City airport locations.

Q: Why should I register my Fresh City Card?
A: Registering your card is a form of insurance for you. If you lose your card, we can look up the card number based on your information. Assuming there is still credit in the account, we can suspend the old card and issue you a new card.

Q: What if I don’t use my Fresh City Card for a long time?
A: Your balance will not expire, and there will never be any service fees charged for balances that remain on your Fresh City Card.

A: No. It is the policy of the Fresh City Card processor not to give your name or other information to any other parties, except as described in the policy, without your permission.
