GENERAL MANAGER
Responsible for attaining the financial and business objectives of the company/region while maintaining the highest level of results in people, profitability, quality of ops and sales. This position requires consistent demonstration of leadership, ability to implement empowerment in entire team, and education of team on achieving overall results of the company and restaurant. Requires a strong attention to detail.

 

CATERING MANAGER
Responsible for managing and growing our corporate catering business. The Catering Manager creates relationships with our clients and seeks to grow our business through a relationship development sales approach. The managers create relationships with our clients and seek to grow our business through a relationship development sales approach.

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant while maintaining the highest possible level of product and service. Responsibilities also include assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant records and developing and retaining a qualified staff to provide optimum levels of product and service.

 

SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Provides operational and occasionally administrative support to the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager. Provides administrative support to a number of areas/departments as well as demonstrates a fair amount of independent thinking and judgment. Duties may include clerical assistance with correspondence, assistance with travel plans, secretarial support, and routine office related functions in addition to more “high level” marketing duties. Since work time must be split, a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize are key.
