Our delivery minimum is currently $25.

We have a $10 service charge on all of our catering orders to help us cover our vehicle costs.

We change our menu offerings every 2 weeks. Every week we have feature items though so keep checking back for the most up to date information.

Our meal delivery service delivers meals on Monday and Thursday. We deliver straight to people’s homes. Our delivery window is 4:00 – 8:00.

We don’t schedule a specific delivery time because we don’t know what the schedule looks like until the delivery day. Once delivery is routed the customers get an email/text notification of the delivery ETA as well as a link to follow their delivery.

If the customer isn’t going to be home they can leave a cooler outside with ice packs and we will place their meal delivery order inside of it.

You can order directly through our website here (https://ordering.freshcity.com/?fuseaction=order&action=preorder&isToGo=1). Orders can be placed up until midnight the night before our two delivery days on Mondays and Thursdays.

We currently offer meals in 2 sizes. We have meals that serve 2 & meals that serve 5.

Meals are generally priced at $20 for meals that serve 2 and $50 for a meal that serves 5. Portions are generous. (we occasionally price higher, for example, when we offer specialty items like local lobster rolls they are offered for $40/$100).

Our meals are delivered cold and are made to be refrigerated up to 3 days at your home.

Each meal comes with instructions on how to reheat the components of your meal. All meals can be heated in either the microwave or oven.

If you have an allergy please be sure to make note of this when placing your order. Our team is certified on how to handle allergies, however, please be aware that our facility is a production facility in which we handle all different types of allergens; if you have an extreme allergy please use your best judgment.

No! With Fresh City, you can order meals when you want them. There is no subscription needed.

While the CDC has stated that COVID-19 is NOT transmitted through food, we here at Fresh City want to ensure the safety of our guests and team by following all necessary safety and sanitation procedures. We are very familiar with the steps needed to be taken to protect our clients & team. We have essentially “trained” for this for years while taking all precautionary measures to follow hospital procedures to prevent the spread of Norovirus. Moving forward we will be doing the following to limit shared utensils to keep our clients safe :

  • Our team is wearing masks at all times in our production space.
  • All drivers will be supplied with gloves and hand sanitizer. They will also not open or set up any orders moving forward.
  • All public surfaces, including our delivery vans, will be put through additional rounds of washing and sanitizing.
